Zilina
Žilina (German: Sillein, Hungarian: Zsolna, Polish: Żylina) is a city in northwestern Slovakia. It is located on the confluence of the Váh and Kysuca rivers. It is the seat of a region (kraj) or a Higher Territorial Unit (VÚC), and of a district (okres).
From Žilina autobusová stanica (bus station), it is possible to reach interesting locations in Western/Central Slovakia by bus. Such places include Bojnice, Orava, Strečno and the Malá Fatra mountains.
